A ticket shows the customers commitment that they will attend your event. They have parted with their hard earned cash and will cherish that ticket, maybe even keeping the stub for years to come to remind them what a great time they had.

Printing a high quality ticket is therefore essential to ensure the customer feels some value to their purchase.

Tickets have many uses...

Our tickets can have many uses. Very recently we have seen our ticket printing services used in many different ways including gift vouchers and even access code books for internet companies. All because a simple bit of free text (or variable data) is possible with our digital printing. A variable block (either sequential numbers, names off an XLS file, or even a field of randomly generaed codes can be added to any design can be easily. You don't even need to make a white box for them to go in, they can be white, over the design.

We are doing an increasing amount of ticket books and gift vouchers, even name cards for wedding seating plans and coded discount vouchers for online retailers.

What specification are they?

Our ticket books are printed as standard on a 130gsm silk board. They are numbered in three positions and perforated in two places, making a 3 part ticket which sits in a book of either 25 or 50 (50 being cheaper). These ticket books are a set specification, with perforations in set positions, because in order to save time and money, we batch perforate the paper before it's printed on.

These ticket books are available either single sided, or double sided (useful for terms and conditions etc) Please use the set templates when designing these tickets so our perfs hit your designs in the riht place. Templates available HERE.

What quantities are available?

Our tickets books are available in quantities as low as 100, up to 1000 (price for more available on request)

• Total Ticket Size: Either A6 long (210x74) or DL (210x99)
• Perforations: At 40mm and 80mm (leaving last section measuring 130mm x hieght)
• Paper Type: 130gsm silk
• Cover: 200gsm silk cover and back sheet - un printed
• Print process: Printed full colour either single sided or double sided

Full Colour Tickets and Voucher Printing

What specification are they?

These tickets and vouchers can be used for anything, Any time something requires a variable section (wether it be a ticket number, or voucher code) These tickets are supplied as singles, we have chosen to use a sturdy 300gsm silk (but different stocks can be used).

You may not need a perforation (like a shop voucher) but if it's to gain entryto a function or event, then the perforation is very useful, so the user has something to hang on to after the event (and rememberit by).

The variable number or data doesn't have to be in a nasty font, doesnt have to be black and you don't have to put it in a white box. It can go anywhere and be any colour. It will be printed as part of the artwork, rather than preprinted, then numbered afterwards. Ideally supply us with 2 versions of the artwork. One with the numbering on. and one without... as we will use the later to set up the variable data file for our machines to replicate.

Prize Draw / Raffle Ticket Book Printing

What specification are they?

Prize draw raffle tickets are very useful for raising funds for a school fayre or community event. Ideally each ticket will be quite low cost (20p for instance) and in a book of 5 each book can be sold for £1. For a school for instance, let each child take home 5 books in an envelope and in most circumstances you can expect to recieve back £5 from each child. So potentially the ammount of books you print, can equal the revenue you can expect to recieve.

Rather than complicate things, we have chosen to offer one typical size of prize draw ticket. measuring 174mm x 76mm. The perforations are in a set position, as is the numbering . Templates available to download HERE.
