Design and print just isn't cricket. You may have a question; print related, design related, about payments, about turnaround times... It might be really simple to answer, it maybe really complicated - whichever, we will answer it as soon as possible.

To enable us to manage a concise knowledge base, we have teamed up with 'get satisfaction' to run a customer led FAQ section. When you type in your query above, similar questions will be listed. If it hasn't been answered before, you can post your question - this will raise a new query with our customer services team, who will endeavour to answer in quick time.
To enable this function to work, you will be prompted for some login details - these details are not your facemediagroup login details. However, for simplicity, you may wish to login using some familiar social media usernames (twitter, facebook, gmail etc) - don't be scared, it's just to check you are a real person, you can then assign an email address, with which, you will be emailed, once your question has been answered

- How does facemediagroup.co.uk know how to contact me?
Give us any phone numbers that you use.
Due to the nature of deadline print we may need to contact you in the evening
or over the weekend. If you are on a tight deadline and looking for quick
turnaround, it is also a good idea to give us the name and phone number
of someone else who can speak knowledgeably, answer questions and make decisions
about your job.
If we unable to contact you, it may be impossible to print your job.

- How do I check that my files are copy proofed and 100% correct?
Once your artwork has been recieved, we will proof it to you using PDF's.
This will be done via our order system. You will recieve an email asking you to login and check your proof. Once you recieve it, log in with your facemediagroup username and password, click 'my jobs', then click through, were the little green hand indicates. Once you have 'accepted' the proof, you will be prompted to make payment. As soon as we have the approval and payments are made we will commence
printing your job.
If your proof isn't correct, then 'decline' it and tell us what is wrong with it

- The colour on my job is critical, how can I be sure that the print
will be faithful to the design?
We print in CMYK, your screen displays in RGB - there WILL be a difference between what you think you'll get, and what you actually get... Fact.
If your job is colour critical, you MUST ORDER A COLOUR PROOF at the time
of your order.
NOTE: Ordering colour proofs is a chargeable extra and will add at least
3 days to your delivery time.
It may be advisable to purchase a pantone reference guide, so you can see
how your chosen colours will come out in print click

Once you have approved your hardcopy proof, you will need to send it back so we
can match the press run to your proof.
If a colour proof is not ordered, we can not be responsible for any colour
variations from your monitor to the printed job.
Without colour proofing, colour variations will occur.
If you need to attain perfect colour on your job, it can only be achieved
by a colour proof.

- Is your packaging branded? Does it have to be?
Our packaging is facemediagroup.co.uk branded.
If you are a 'reseller' and require your job in 'plain wrapping' please
be sure to let us know.

- Have you contacted us regarding payment & delivery of your order?
Once you send the order you will need to contact accounts for payment and
to confirm delivery details on 0333 8000 888. Alternatively, email orders
at facemediagroup.co.uk.
We accept payment by all major credit cards and debit cards, and even Paypal. We also accept cheques (for now)
and Cash paid direct into our account at a Natwest Bank.
Note: Cheques MUST be cleared before despatch. Bank transfers must also be finalised. We can not despatch any
order unless it is paid for in full.
To reduce the possibility of delaying your order, please contact us ASAP
to arrange payment.
Once printed, your order will be dispatched with a next day service. All
dispatches aim to reach their destination before 5.30pm the next day.
